The Punch Partnerships Development Portfolio is split into three sections; Your Know How, Your Skills and Your Business. The first section 'Your Know How' is your starting point and is your five day foundation to success, carried out before you go in the pub to give you the best start.   The programme covers managing staff, which includes recruitment and staff training; finance and stock management and business development to give you top tips on marketing your pub to ensure maximum profits. The programme also looks at the quality of your pub from bar, to cellar, to service and will also update on legislation to ensure your business is protected.
