Punch support : Punch Code of Practice :

We are committed to building open and transparent relationships that help our Partners build sustainable businesses. We believe the foundation for our relationship is based on mutual respect, accountability and above all else an honest and open approach to the way we work together.

In line with the rest of the industry, we have now updated our Code of Practice, exceeding the standards laid out in the British Beer and Pub Association Industry Framework.

Existing Punch Partners and new applicants can rely on the commitments laid out in the Code. It demonstrates the way we will do business throughout your relationship with Punch and what is expected of both of us.

Our Code has also been benchmarked by BII Benchmarking and Accreditation Services Ltd (BIIBAS) and exceeds the Standards as laid out in the BBPA Framework Code.

Jan 2012 update - The Enhanced Framework Code below supersedes the existing Framework Code (2010, above).Punch is bound by this new version of the IFC effective January 1st 2012 excepting where we are required to change our Punch Code in order to comply. The Punch Code will be changed and re-issued to comply with these enhanced requirements by March 31st 2012
