All of our pubs are supported by their own PDM who typically looks after circa 45 Punch Pubs in an area. You will meet your PDM when applying for your pub and he will work very closely with you especially in the crucial first 6 months of your business to make sure you get off to a flying start.

We pride ourselves on providing the best qualified team in the market requiring every PDM to attain BII Level 4 in Multi site retail management alongside extensive experience in consumer facing business.

You PDM can provide advice and assistance on all aspects of running your pub. He or she will visit you at least every 12 weeks but more frequently if you need them to. He will review your pub performance with you, make suggestions and encourage you to try new things that he has observed working elsewhere in the market. He is also there for you as your first point of contact if you need help with something that our normal services on line or in the contact centre have not been able to sort out for you.

Your PDM can also provide access to our specialist teams in Property, Food Catering and Cellar Management to support your pub development needs.
